✦ The Fine Print
Terms & Conditions
The simple, honest terms behind every SaniiArt project. Last updated: October 2026.
1. Services
SaniiArt provides children’s book illustration, character design, educational illustration, book cover design, 3D illustration, 2D and 3D animation, and character animation services. Each project begins with a personalised written quote describing the scope, deliverables, timeline and price.
2. Quotes & Payment
Quotes are prepared individually and remain valid for 30 days. A deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due on completion and before final files are released. Prices are quoted in the currency agreed with you and do not include third-party costs such as printing or stock assets unless stated.
3. Revisions
Every project includes structured revision rounds at the sketch and colour stages, as described in your quote. Revision requests should be clear and consolidated. Additional rounds beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
4. Timelines
Timelines are agreed before work begins and depend on prompt feedback. If feedback is delayed, the delivery date may move accordingly. Rush delivery is available on request and may carry an additional fee.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide the materials needed for the project — such as your manuscript, references and feedback — in a timely manner, and to confirm that you hold the rights to any text or materials you supply.
6. Intellectual Property
Once your final invoice is paid in full, you receive full commercial rights to the finished artwork, including the right to publish, print and sell your book. Until final payment, all artwork remains the property of SaniiArt. Preliminary sketches and unused concepts remain the property of SaniiArt unless otherwise agreed.
7. Portfolio Use
SaniiArt may display finished work in its portfolio, on this website and on social media, unless you request otherwise before the project begins. We’re always happy to keep a project private — just ask.
8. Confidentiality
Manuscripts and unpublished materials you share are treated as confidential and will never be shared or published without your permission.
9. Cancellation
If you need to cancel a project, please let us know as soon as possible. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced, and the deposit is non-refundable once sketching has begun. We’ll always try to find a fair solution first.
10. Limitation of Liability
SaniiArt’s liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or printing errors made by third parties.
